Thirty Days of Thankfulness: Day 19 ~ Quiche

If you had asked me for the first 40 years of my life or so I would have told you my favorite food was Macaroni and Cheese. Somehow in the last few years, right under my nose,  I think Quiche has edged ahead of the Mac and Cheese.  

Crustless Spinach Quiche.

I love creating new Quiches. As a matter of fact, I'm baking one right now in preparation for my I'm thankful for Quiche day. :)  I can't wait until I get in my new kitchen where I'll have a little more space make a yummy crust too...
