I'm stumped for a title.

Let me know if you have any ideas. Last time I posted I mentioned that I wasn't feeling well and was convinced that it was the medication. Well, I went to the Dr. and took hubby for back up, and told the doctor I was stopping the medication. It's the kind of drug that you can't quit suddenly, so I'm weaning myself off of it... Guess what? I'm already feeling better at 1/2 the original dose. Next week, I cut it in half again.

I do have some creative projects coming (famous last words). And if I wasn't busy enough I/we joined a gym. Wait there's more, I have a personal trainer! I can't believe it either! So there's no ducking out and making excuses. I can't tell you how many times this year, I've started and stopped with my lifestyle change (we can't call it a diet 'cause that's a bad word) The funniest thing is my trainer is younger than two of my kids! HAHA! He's amazed at how I look for my age and for how many kids I have. At first I thought, "Wow! that's cool" And then realizing that at his age the expectation is that everyone over a certain age should probably have grey hair and a cane or walker, it was more funny than flattering. LOLOLOL!

Back to work and cooking and cleaning. Somebody has to do it! BRB.. soon...LOL! Choosing joy and feeling much better!

How about "Moving Forward Toward the New Me"? So happy to read that you are feeling better and for just a moment you felt really young. Best of Luck with getting it all together to get a great you again.

I was thinking about asking hubby for a gym membership and a trainer for christmas but with a 3 year old I have no idea when I'd go.
