A Million Thanks!

Here is a peachy version of the card I made a while back.

Stamps: A Million Thanks and Design Block Wavy Leaf Pattern(Hero Arts)

Colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Speaking of which, I'm almost finished my part of the color pencil tutorial. All I need now is for God to send some sunshine so that I can take pictures...

On a Personal Note:

Let me tell you about my day.

I went to the Dr. for my check up. They have to monitor my blood because of this medicine I'm on. He also gave me something new to try for my shoulder. I can't wait to see what these side effects are(hopefully not more depression). He also decided that he needs to run more blood tests (again), because my symptoms won't calm down(say a prayer for me?) I left them with 5 tubes of blood but that was OK because I was looking forward to my early lunch(brunch) with Dawn at IHOP.
Dawn is an instant pick me up. She's funny, and nice. Hi Dawnie!!! LOL sorry inside joke. Now if I could just get her to stop talking about that Jayla! Hi my Jayla! ( Dawn tell her for me OK?)

Before I get to the next part of my day, I have two words for the drivers of Atlanta; Turn Signals! Oh, wait... two more; Stop Texting! Oooh oooh now that I'm on a roll, two more; Hang Up! And finally one more thing I need to get off my chest, Speed limit is the law, not a suggestion for other people. Thanks for indulging me. I've wanted to get that off my chest for a while now. LOL!! not! :)

My next stop was the new Hobby Lobby. They are taking applications for employment... sort of. After I sat there and filled out the application and waited for a screening interview, I was informed that I should take my application home and bring it back when the store opens. It seems that they are only hiring for workers to do the floor set for the next two weeks. I guess they'll choose employees for the store start up from those people. Right now it's just a big open space. I think they are still putting in the floor tiles in the back part of the store. They'll bring in the fixtures and inventory over the next couple of weeks. I wasted an hour of more today to get that information. That was the bad news...
The good news is that I'll be able to teach classes there. Their class policy I learned the other day is that they don't really have one. They allow teachers to have the classroom for free with the hope that you'll promote the products they sell. You can't ask for anything less complicated.
I'm going to be working on organizing a couple of classes for April. I've been wanting to do a class in Warner Robins, and now that I know HL's policy, I think I'd like to do it at the store. I'll have to give them a call.

I never did post my prayer list this month, but I'm working on it again because it's almost March!!??? So send me your requests and updates.

Thanks for playing along with me yesterday. That was fun. That's it for today, be blessed.
Choosing JOY, Jacki!
