Here is my latest cupcake card. I really love that Hero Arts set that. Buying this set changed my life (haha)

Remember this post? As you can tell from my last two cupcake cards that I'm partial to chocolate iced cupcakes. (smile), For the few of you who haven't tried clear stamps yet, you just don't know what you're missing. I understand the quality varies with the manufacturers. The two I can vouch for are Hero Arts and Paper Trey. I've also tried the stamps in the dollar bin at Michaels and I wasn't as impressed. In fact I gave those away. FYI, Hero Arts offers free shipping thru their website on orders over $50. I usually go to my supplier, Isabelle from the Stampbuzz. She offers a discount and her shipping charges are exactly what the post office charges her.
Challenge Winner:
I forgot to post the winner of my challenge last week. I did contact her, but I didn't do a post for a couple of days after the contest ended so I didn't tell you. Anyway.... Michele Adams was chosen by my random number generator, Jannelle. And if you are reading this Michele, your prize is on the way.

I sent a batch last week and am sending another Monday. I love to send out my cards. I know how thrilled I am when I receive something unexpected (not a bill!) in the mail and I love to do that for others. Thanks for the chance - and for all of the work you do on your very inspiring blog! ;0)

In other news,
- I have a project accepted for publication in Crafts and Things. I need to get that ready to mail tomorrow. This is actually the first project I submitted directly to them. The other cards they've published were all submitted to The Rubber Stamper (moment of silence) a long time ago.
- I'm still working on teaching at My Creative Classroom, but it looks like I'm going to have to wait for the next round. I haven't been able to keep up with the training with all the summer busyness. Once school starts again, I'll have peace and quiet... especially since I don't have to go to Michaels during the week. Since that training will end around Thanksgiving, I'm guessing the classes will start up after the first of the new year. Anytime you want to travel to Atlanta, I'll be glad to do a class in person! Just let me know!! (smile)

Ok, now you KNOW I'm cracking up (at you) over your comment about clear stamps. Are you the SAME Jacki who would NEVER buy a clear stamp? Are you the SAME Jackie who had (has) a secret love affair with pink rubber stamps attached to wood? LOL Yes, I forgive you! :-)
What a great cupcake card, Jacki! I used to be so anti-clear stamps until I tried one of the higher quality brands and now I am hooked, too! Along with the two brands you mentioned, I think Verve Stamps are great quality, so are My Favorite Things, and Sassafras Lass. Thanks for my prize from the drawing (can't wait to get it) - oh and p.s. I used up an entire sheet of stamps today with all of the cards I sent out in one day! I knew you would be proud! ;0) Thanks again!
Dawn what are you talking about??? LOL! Michelle, I AM very proud of you!
Hi! Good for you on the Crafts & Things publication!! Great job! I wish I'd even hear from them or could get my RS stuff back. Such a lot of work for nothin'... :(
I am just getting back at your blog here. Great stuff, Jacki!!
