I was going to tell you about our day yesterday, but my daughter so eloquently said everything I was going to say on her blog so I'll just link you to her account on her blog.
I am excited for her. I think this school is a better fit for her. Hopefully her transition will be a piece of cake this fall.
I'm headed out to the dermatologist, so I'll just mention really quick that these are my Gina K June release challenge cards I was working on. I don't have very many of her stamps so it was a little challenging to do the second card. I use a sentiment from a Stampin Up set I've had for a few years. When I get back I'll edit this post and tell you who makes this paper. I'll have to find the original pad. I think it's hiding from me because I'm in a hurry.
I'm editing this post to show you the paper pad I used. And as you've probably already guessed, it was sitting right in front of me yesterday. I found this Making Memories Boho Chic at Big Lots about a month ago.
To clarify, all stamps by GinaKdesigns except the 'of all the gifts" saying on the 2nd and third cards. That one is Stampin Up. The finished size of the first two cards are 5 1/2 square the last card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

The cards are lovely. I especially like the bottom two. Hope all goes well at the dermatologist.
Love all of them!!! Good luck tonight. I wonder whose name I'll draw...... drum roll..... LOL!
I love that pink and green paisley paper! And of course your adorable cards. I hope the paper is still available somewhere... dream on. I'm sooo sorry about "pit stop" incident! It's so easy to do. Especially with multiple bags in hand. Well, now that this is out of the way, the rest of the year will be smooth sailing.
OOOHHH...AAAHHH! Love the cards and LOVE the paper. I really like the stamps too! Those gifts are so cute done up. When I first saw them I thought, "Christmas presents" for some reason and the last thing I need are more Christmas stamps! Hope your appt. goes well!
I kept checking your blog for updates since May 29th. You can imagine my surprise when I finally decided to enter HOME and was transported to the future of today.
All the lovely cards I was able to view from the past couple weeks were fantastic.
Thank you.
BEAUTIFUL!!! Simply beautiful.
I read your daughters blog. That's terrible! I hate when stuff like that happens. But it looks like you all handled it in stride.
Cute cards! Really like that paisley paper and wouldn't you know, you found it at Big Lots. Kard Krazy Louise is always shopping there and finding kool stuff, too. Mine has nothing - - whine, whine. Poor Jillana, who has even more reason than me to whine. Hopefully she won't be living Murphy's Law thru her second freshman year.
