This is one of the very first stamps I purchased in 1999. It is still one of my favorites! I go thru phases using it, but it's been a little while since I pulled it out. That first year, when I had very few stamps, I used it all the time. One of my friends commented on how much she loved it since I'd given her two totally different cards using it several months apart. When I pull it out now, I try to use it for people who I've only known for a little while. This card is for one of my neighbors.
Stamping the sentiment as a background this way is a trick that I use when I have an awkward layout like this. As you can see in the card below, using a large stamp like this, on a A2 card, there is only so many ways you can arrange it on the card.
Topiary (Inkadinkado), Thanks ( The Angel Company), Many Thanks, Thank You, So Grateful (SU), Thank You (Hambo Stamps), Thank You (The Stamping Studio)
To include a sentiment on this second card, if needed, I can always find something small that will fit on a circle punch or something. For now, I think I'm just going to leave it as an "any occasion" card.
I made a couple of graduation cards that are featured on Hero Arts' site today. --which reminds me, I need to make a graduation card for this weekend. I need to put a thinking cap on cause this one if for a 45(ish) year old man, so I can't use flowers and glitter... I'll come up with something.

What a cool topiary!!
Great coloring!!
Love the way you did the sentiment on the first card. I must tuck that idea away to use in the future.
Beautiful cards! Beautiful coloring! Glad to see you're feeling better and up and around more each day. Go slow!
