Happy Tuesday!

Greetings!
I'm feeling a little stronger everyday, and my mom is mothering me. (wink) I really like how she brings dessert with each meal....

I've received several more cards over the last two days. Not only am I enjoying all the well wishes, but I'm truly inspired by your work and/or choice of cards. Trish noticed that I had a purple theme going on in the last post and then on Monday, I opened 4 cards in a row that were pink and green. in a row...that was interesting! I'll take pictures or scans when I have more strength. I ventured downstairs today, but I won't be doing this everyday.

I've been coloring for the last couple of days and I have a little bit of card making supplies and card stock upstairs. The next time I venture down, I'll probably have a few thank you cards to show you. I've been very blessed with the kindness of my family, friends and neighbors and they deserve special cards. I also have an idea for those of you who sent me cards. I'm not sure how soon I'll be able to pull it off, but you might see that too.
Oh, Hero Arts has a couple of my cards on the website this week. I have a couple in this flower gallery!

I've been thinking about re-doing my blog roll. I originally started it so that I could click the links and check out blogs that I like. I'm finding that I don't even look at the blog roll anymore. I've been adding to my Google Reader list. I have three or four times as many on the reader list than the blog. Before I waste time updating the blog roll, would you answer a question or two for me?

Why do you keep a list of blogs on your blog? Do you appreciate links on others blogs?

See you in a couple more days.

I love links!

Happy to hear from you. Take good care of yourself and enjoy the meals by Mom. I like links because if I go to a blog on a regular basis, I'm apt to enjoy the links because of the good taste of my bookmarked blog. Hope that makes sense. Oh, well it's late and I should turn off the computer.

I never had one. Initially didn't know how, then was too lazy, and finally just use Google Reader so it seems not as important.

Jacki! Glad to hear you are OK & healing! For the life of me I can't remember if I mailed you the card I wanted to! Maybe I'll give you a call, but then I hate to interrupt when someone could be resting. Oh, well, put me down as a bad friend!! I'll send another card - it never hurts to have two, right? (If I indeed remember the first one!)

Blog roll is nice to have, I guess, unless there is something better you could put there. I like links to blogs when you mention them right in the post.

So glad you are starting to be able to move around more - but mind those stairs!

I used your link to go to Hero Arts but f.y.i. the link has an extra http:/ in it so you get an error message. For others that read my message to you, just delete the extra http:/ and it will work:)

Jacki, feel better soon!

I can tell you why I like links to other blogs, SOmetimes, when I am just searching, I want to see if there are some newer blogs, or maybee blogs I have never seen. I will look at the blog roll, and click, and browse etc...sometimes, I find ones I love and put them in reader, like yours, I think I found yours from the Beeee.

Glad to hear that you're getting around alittle, just don't over do it!!

I like links because when I have extra time, I like to look at the blogs and see what everybody is up to. I find some great ideas that way!

Why I have links on my blog? I guess so others can do the same thing I like to and find new blogs.

Take Care of yourself!!
Dot

I don't have a blog but what I do appreciate about links in blogs is that it is a great way to find other good blogs. It's how I found yours --- a link from someone else's whose style I liked. As Marciad said; "the good taste of my bookmarked blog"!

Missing you, girlfriend. I finally mailed that "feel better" card... but don't feel you have to wait for it to start feeling better! LOL!

I like the blog linkss either in a list or within the words of the blog. I use these methods to move from blog to blog. I like to see links that appeal to the site owner.

I don't have Google Reader. Maybe if I tried that, I might change my mind.

I forgot to tell you that the card below this post is very pretty and beautifully subtle!
I'm happy that you are doing better.
I LOVE links to products and other blogs if there is something special you want us to see. Thanks for asking for my humble opinion and for sharing.
