He decided on a cookie cake this year. They grow up soooo fast!
Want the recipe for the most moist chocolate chip cookie ever? I won't take credit for it. You can find it online. Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies. Click here. My daughter made these cookies in a cooking class at school and came home raving about them. After trying the recipe once I was hooked. The other beautiful thing is that it easily translates into a cookie cake and remains moist. The recipe states that you can use any kind of instant pudding. We used one white chocolate and one vanilla.

To answer Sandie994's question: I baked it at 350. I think I checked it at 12 minutes and left it in for a few minutes more. My oven cooks very fast, so I would just keep checking after 10 minutes or so-- at least the first time until you figure out what works for your oven.

Okay, Jacki... I am personally holding YOU responsible for the calories I will soon be consuming because of this recipe. I LOVE anything chocolate - and especially SOFT, chewy, chocolate chip cookies!
By the way, happy birthday today! (So that makes 3 in your family in less than a week?)
