Best Wishes/Wishing You Joy

I'm having the hardest time remembering what day it is... We drove all day on Monday, but I kept thinking yesterday was Monday. I lost a whole day. I'm now aware that it is Wednesday... where has the week gone...

Here are the cards I made last night.

I love to use this image for my "expecting" cards. I've got a couple of people expecting babies. I only needed two cards but I got carried away. At least now I have a couple of extras in my stash.(smile)

All cards~ Finished Card Size: 4.25 x 5.5
Stamps: Bird on Egg (Savvy Stamps)Best Wishes from Small Greetings(Hero Arts), Wishing You Joy(Kolette Hall $1 stamps from Michaels)
Ink: Artprint Brown (Memories)
Paper: Basic Grey .. The blue/green is from Archaiac and the Pink is from Sultry
Other: Prismacolor Pencils, circle punches, square punches.
These cards are pretty straight forward, but if I ever leave anything out or if you have other questions, please ask.

So cute! I love that paper, too, especially the pink. For someone that lost a day, you can still stamp great. I can make cards ahead (like with the AWESOME stuff you sent me to color:), but it seems like 90% of the time, it's not exactly what I need for the occasion. Maybe I just need to send what I got and stop stressin' over what I think people want to see in their mailboxes!

Thanks Renee...
Nise! What a concept. That's why I have so many cards around here. I make them ahead of time and then I decide that they aren't quite right for that person and I make a new one...

OH, these cards are darling! What an adorable image - especially when colored in "Jacki-style"!! I am finally getting caught up on blogs. Put you into my new-fangled "Google Reader", so I hope to have more time to STAY caught up on what you are doing. Good luck with school, as you are now in the first week - YIKES! I haven't even done ANY school shopping here yet! We have a little bit of summer left first!
