Thanks for your Support

The other boy is participating in Jump Rope for Heart at his school. He was very passionate about raising money to help kids, so with my help, he emailed the family to solicit contributions.
The family came through and he raised $100.00 -- including $5.00 of his own money. When we talked about thank you cards, he told me he needed one for each of the folks who sent money and one for himself. ( yes, he is a character) His thank yous go in the mail today and he jumps tomorrow.
I colored them for him, but he wrote the notes inside.
Have a blessed day! Choosing Joy, Jacki

WTG! Sounds like you have a wonderful son-raising money and sending thank you cards :) Good luck to him!

Those cards are adorable - but the inside notes are what REALLY make them.

Hope you're feeling better today!

The inside of your son's cards are the best! I love it! Tell him 'good job and keep it up!'

I love the notes that he wrote. It's just one of the reasons I'm such a proud momma!

What a sweet boy! It's really heartwarming to read about such a bighearted, generous and polite kid and it's all thanks to you and your husband, Jacki!

Too Cool! Got a big grin from the fact that he needed a TY card for himself, too. Did you have to actually mail it to him? Keep your chin up, Jacki. When I was in Kzoo a few weeks ago for my calligraphy class, the lone man did a great project. His verse brought you to mind - - "Joy is a Choice". It wasn't perfect, though. He used red & orange...

What a gift your son is! He's so young to be soooooo civic minded. The cards are a treasure and so is he. TFS.

P.S.

I just read your post from 03/02 and you said to remind you to
"GET BACK TO WORK" if you were on-line too much. Just reading about all that you do makes me tired, lol. Don't forget some Jacki time when making your to do list.

Those cards are so cute! And such genius to put the image and those words together to create the perfect message!
Your son has learned well to say "Thank you".
