Conversations

You have to love how this child makes me think so early in the morning!

The Force
Mom turning on the lights at 6:30 am : Son, you have to get up, NOW!
Gameboy still half asleep he says : Mom can I tell you something?
Mom: Sure.
Gameboy still in bed: I learned in school yesterday that an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless a force is applied to stop it.
Mom yanking off the covers: So you must have had a physics lesson?
Gameboy still in the bed : Actually it was called "Newton in a Nutshell" So, Mom, similar to that, an object at rest tends to stay at rest unless a force is applied to move it.
Mom: So I must be your force. GET UP!

"Gameboy" is the nine year old.

We are still recovering from a wonderful Christmas. I'll see you back in a day or so. I wanted to mention that I updated the prayer list with a new request. Christmas blessings!

Just happened upon your blog for the first time and love your work! I am in desperate need of ideas for making better use of the space in my "stamping tower"--any suggestions?

I love this conversation, it's so funny and sounds like something my daughter would tell me! I love your response to your son...hahaha

I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas!
